1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using FirstDays™ (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including free and paid users.
2. About the App
FirstDays™ is a baby care tracking application designed to help parents and caregivers log feedings, diaper changes, pumping sessions, weight, and growth. The App is created and maintained by Ashley Robinson, IBCLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
3. Not Medical Advice
FirstDays™ is designed for personal tracking and informational purposes only. The App and its content, including pump guides, feeding references, and growth charts, do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding your baby’s health, feeding, and development.
Ashley Robinson’s credentials as an IBCLC inform the clinical accuracy of the content, but use of this App does not establish a provider-patient relationship.
4. In-App Purchase — Full Access
FirstDays™ offers a one-time in-app purchase called “FirstDays Full Access” for $4.99 (USD) that unlocks premium features including full history, growth charts, PDF reports, pumping logs, and weight tracking.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the time of purchase confirmation.
- The purchase is non-consumable and permanent. Once purchased, it is yours for life on all devices signed in to the same Apple ID.
- You may restore your purchase at any time using the Restore Purchase button in Settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
- Prices are subject to change. Any price change will be communicated before it takes effect.
5. Free Tier
The free version of FirstDays™ includes unlimited feeding and diaper logging, 14 days of history, pump guides, flange sizing information, and the Advice section. These features will remain free and are not subject to future paywalling.
6. Data & Privacy
All data you enter in FirstDays™ is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or have access to any personal data you enter in the App. Please review our full Privacy Policy at ashleyrobinsonibclc.com/firstdays-privacy for complete details.
7. Intellectual Property
FirstDays™ and all associated content, design, code, graphics, pump guides, and written material are the intellectual property of Ashley Robinson and are protected by copyright law. FirstDays is a trademark of Ashley Robinson.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without express written permission.
8. Third-Party Links
The App contains links to third-party resources including Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine protocols and American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines. These links are provided for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
FirstDays™ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content in the App.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ashley Robinson and FirstDays™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including any reliance on information provided within the App.
11. Updates & Changes
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the Effective Date above when changes are made.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time. If the App is discontinued, you will retain access to your locally stored data. Paid purchases are governed by Apple’s App Store policies.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
